We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Returns
Due to the sterile nature of our products, we can only accept returns of unopened, unused items in original packaging. Items that cannot be returned include sterile needles, opened vials/cartridges, and used injection pens or cases.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
