Refund Policy
Due to the sterile nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used items.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@penkitsupply.com with your order number and photos. We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned: sterile needles, opened vials/cartridges, and used injection pens or cases.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
